Pumpkin Spiced Latte Review…

So this time of year people go crazy for Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, you see so many posts on Instagram and other social medias about them. So yesterday I went and did the most white girl thing I’ve ever done and got my first ever Pumpkin Spiced Latte and now I am blogging about it (cliché I know). Becoming only a recent liker of coffee I had never tried one before and I wasn’t sure if I would actually like it or not. I have been ordering a caramel latte as I find its not too strong and the caramel sweetens it a bit. So I wasn’t sure what I would make of a pumpkin latte?!So here is a post about what I though of the popular beverage…

Overall it wasn’t too bad! It was alright actually, it tasted different to what I assumed though! I am not the biggest fan of cinnamon as I find it really strong and that was sprinkled on the top so the first few sips were very cinnamonny which wasn’t that greatest. But once that flavour went it was actually alright! I wouldn’t say it exactly tasted like pumpkin either just more spiced than anything. But saying that It was really warming so it would be lovely to have on a colder day when autumn and winter really kick in. Lots of different coffee shops offer spiced lattes so I am sure to try one again soon so I can really make up my mind on them. I think I would ask for no cinnamon on the top too next time maybe without it I would be much keener on them??.

Thanks for reading.

  1. Well the sad thing is that pumpkin spice is literally just allspice, cloves, cinnamon and some other spice that is commonly used with pumpkins.. Nothing labelled pumpkin spice contains pumpkins at all 😦 I was really bummed when i figured that out.

  2. I have tasted pumpkin spiced latte only once and I didn’t really like it.. It just doesn’t taste like pumpkin. Chai latte is my thing during fall and winter, it’s very cinnamon-ish so you wouldn’t probably like it 😂 xx
