The Ginger Bread House…

Every year I always see picture of people creating amazing ginger bread houses so I thought this year I would give it a go. Not being the best at baking I thought I would cut out the middle man and brought a kit from Tescos for £4.00. The kit included the biscuit walls, a gingerbread man and tree, pre made icing, a building structure and sweets for decorations.

First job was to build and stick all of the walls together and let them dry…

Then came the tricky part of sticking on roof tiles….

You then had to let the icing for 15 minutes before the best bit the decorating can begin…

With a little sprinkle of icing sugar it was complete. This ended up looking so cute and actually tastes pretty good too even if I didn’t make it from scratch.

Thanks for reading.
